This fifth-generation distillery has transformed a family tradition into a symbol of refinement. The founder, Pierre-Auguste Boulard, inaugurated the company with the intention of creating an unrivaled Calvados and contributed to obtaining the A.O.C. Calvados Pays d’Auge in 1942.
STYLISTIC
Today, Maison Boulard continues to innovate, employing methods such as double distillation of selected ciders and the use of ex-bourbon, rye and Japanese Mizunara oak barrels.
