STYLISTIC
Through the use of continuous distillation techniques and double distillations, Janneau stands out for the excellent quality of its vintages. Maison Janneau has one of the most important reserves of aged spirits in the region, 65% of which is over 12 years old. Micol Meo, the oenologist who signs these masterpieces, claims that “oenology is the fruit of man’s genius, while aging in wood is its sublimation”.
