RUPES
In the early decades of the nineteenth century, in a Calabria ravaged by famine, the young Vincenzo travelled through the Locride region selling essential goods and, in secret, prepared a herbal infusion based on an ancient family recipe. Entrusted to his sons before his death, that recipe has been passed down through four generations and lives on today in Rupes, a leading local business.
