The Pilzer Distillery, guided by the teachings of his mother on patience and his father on excellence, represents a perfect synthesis between tradition and innovation. Founded in 1956 by Vincenzo Pilzer in Faver, in the Cembra Valley, the distillery has overcome many challenges to create excellent grappas, brandies, liqueurs, gins and spirits.
