The Isle of Raasay Distillery, located in the Inner Hebrides of Scotland, embodies the transformation of distilling from a clandestine practice to a legal and cherished celebration. Founded in 2017 by Bill Bobble and Alasdair Day, it is the first legal distillery on the island, with a long history of community resilience.

STYLE
The Isle of Raasay Hebridean Gin is distinguished by the freshness of the Scottish island’s juniper and an intense aromaticity, given by citrus and rhubarb.
