Macaja Gin stands out among the spirits, celebrating the natural riches of Piedmont and Liguria. A journey through the biodiversity and beauty of these Italian territories, using 100% Italian botanicals. The distillation takes place in a historic still, following a method that captures the pure essence of the herbs.
Inspired by the Via del Sale and the meteorological phenomenon “Macaja”, typical of the Gulf of Genoa, this gin is an encounter between land and sea that manifests itself with the sirocco wind, the overcast sky and high humidity, creating a magical atmosphere.
STYLISTIC
The classic, Navy Strength and Cask Gin variations cover every need. Navy Strength: hints of alpine breeze, coriander and pine. Macaja Gin: notes of juniper, dill, sandalwood, pepper and aromatic herbs. Cask Gin: notes of sweet oak and orange vanilla cream.
