Founded in Val di Cembra and surrounded by the Dolomites, the Pilzer Distillery was founded in 1957 and is now run by brothers Bruno and Ivano Pilzer, who create excellent grappas, brandies, liqueurs, gins and spirits by balancing innovation and family tradition.
STYLISTIC
Lambicar in Trentino was synonymous with ingenuity. Today it means choosing the best raw materials, preserving them for the right amount of time, fermenting them, distilling them with the discontinuous bain-marie still and, finally, letting them age expertly.
