Led by master distiller Johnny Schuler, the distillery uses traditional methods, processing selected grapes to produce a superior quality Pisco. Without the use of modern technology, “pisqueras” grapes are processed following artisanal techniques, without dilution, to fully enhance the aromaticity of the distillate.
