Lazy Dodo Rum celebrates the heritage of Mauritius, taking its name from the iconic Dodo, an extinct bird native to the island. Produced on the historic sugar cane plantation of Pamplemousse, this rum is the result of a collaboration between the French house Milhade, a renowned producer of Bordeaux wines, and the Mauritian Grays of the Harel family. Distilled at the Harel distillery, it combines Mauritian rum-making tradition with French winemaking sophistication.
