One of Yoshino Spirits’ gems is Minoki Mizunara Cask Finished Rum. Legend has it that an ocean dragon princess, ancestor of Japanese emperors, lived in a coral castle. Inspired by this fascinating story, Minoki rum is aged in rare Mizunara oak barrels and filtered through Japanese coral, giving the distillate a unique and complex character. In recognition of nature’s offerings, Yoshino supports projects aimed at coral repopulation.
