Kamiki distillery is located near Nara, the ancient capital of Japan, famous for its 8th century temples. The name “Kamiki” combines “Kami” (God) and “iki” (breath), paying homage to the Ōmiwa Shinto shrine, the protector of Japanese spirit distillers. Kamiki represents the balance between tradition and innovation, producing a whisky that reflects the harmony and spiritual purity of the kami. Much more than a whisky, it represents a bridge between the sacred and the everyday.
