Located in the Côte des Bar, Maison Champagne Daubanton & Fils is a family estate founded by Monique and Jean-Jacques Daubanton, who planted the first vines in 1982.
Today, the management is shared with the children, Amélie, Clément and Victorien, who continue the tradition on a surface of 4 hectares, extending over Rizaucourt, Argentolles and Dolancourt. With a cultivation that respects the principles of organic viticulture, Daubanton is committed to preserving the environment, using techniques such as sexual disruption and grassing.
STYLISTIC
Since the 2012 harvest, the winemaking process has been carried out entirely on-site, using a latest-generation Champenois press and refining the wines in oak and stainless steel barrels. This combination of traditional and innovative methods gives the wines structure, complexity and an authentic expression of the Côte des Bar terroir.
