Jacquart expresses in his Champagnes an understated elegance and a relaxed sobriety.
Chardonnay brings freshness and finesse. If vinified in purity it gives rise to very fine Blanc de Blancs for aperitifs or meal openings. They are the strong point of the Maison.
Pinot Noir, used by Jacquart in the blends, gives body and structure. Meunier, used for Signature and Mosaïque, gives fruitiness and vivacity thanks to a contained acidity. It is an excellent trait d’union between Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.
STYLISTIC
The diversity of the parcels within the vineyards constitute a mosaic of over 60 crus; the enhancement of Chardonnay in the blends and the prolonged aging of the wines reveal a contemporary, vertical and elegant style.
