Now in its fifth generation of winemakers, Jean-Claude Vallois is a family-run maison located in Cuis, Côte des Blancs.
Founded in the late 1800s, the estate is now managed by Jean-Guy Vallois, who, faithful to tradition, cultivates Chardonnay for the production of very elegant Blanc de Blancs. With a focus on sustainability, the Vallois family has implemented a policy of biodiversity and environmental protection to preserve the authenticity of the terroir.
STYLISTIC

The terroir of Cuis gives elegance and freshness, with delicate and subtle flavors. The biodynamic approach and environmental sustainability practices enrich the wines with a distinctive naturalness and healthiness. The maison is part of the Vignerons Indépendants, synonymous with authenticity and production independence.
