THE PURPOSE OF THIS NOTICE
In this page are described the site management arrangements regarding the processing of personal data collected from the users that consult it and from who interacts with the web service provided by the data controller Rinaldi 1957 S.p.a. single shareholder, which are accessible online through the web address: www.rinaldi1957.it; corresponding to the official site’s home page of the data controller.
The information is only available for the owner’s site and not for the other websites eventually consulted by the user through links.
The privacy policy is inspired by the Recommendation No. 2/2001 that the European authorities for the protection of personal data, while gathered in the Group established by Art. 29 of Directive n. 95/46/CE, have adopted on May 17, 2001 to identify certain minimum requirements for collecting personal data online, and, in particular, the procedures, timing and nature of the information that the data controller must provide users when they connect to web pages, regardless of the purpose of the connection.

Furthermore, certain data processing operations might also be carried out by other entities, to whom thedata controller entrusts these specific activities, or part of them, that are functional to the provision of the service. These data are used only to obtain anonymous statistical information about the use of the website and to check the proper functioning and they are deleted right after the processing. The data may be used for the verification of responsibility in case of hypothetical cyber crimes committed against our website: apart from this eventuality, web contact data are not being kept more than 7 days.

- Data supplied voluntarily by the user
The optional, explicit or voluntary transmission of emails to addresses shown on this website implies the subsequent acquirement of the sender's address, necessary to reply to requests, in addition to other personal data included in the communication. Specific summary information will be cited or visualised in the web pages dedicated to particular services on request.

- Cookie Policy
No users’ personal data is acquired by the website in this context. Cookies are not used for transmission of personal information, nor are so-called persistent cookies of any kind used, which are users tracking systems. The use of so-called session cookies (that are not memorised in a persistent manner on the user's computer and that vanish when the browser is closed) is strictly limited to the transmission of session identifying data (consisting of random numbers generated by the server) that are necessary to enable the site to be explored safely and effectively. The so-called session cookies used in this site avoid the use of other computer techniques that could potentially compromise the privacy of the users while browsing and don’t allow to acquire personal data that could lead to identify the user.

OPTIONAL AND VOLUNTARY NATURE OF DATA PROVISION

WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT PROCEDURE
To revoke specific permissions related to electronic communications provided at the moment of the various services request dispensed through the portal, please contact the data controller via one of the contact enlisted in the following paragraph. In addition, with specific reference to the individual newsletter services is possible to revoke the subscription automatically through the links provided with the submission of the newsletters, if available, or replying to the same email address with subject “CANCELLAMI” (“DELETE ME”).

RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS
As established by GDPR (artt. 15 ss. Reg. UE 679/2016) the subjects to which the personal data are related have the right to obtain, in any time, confirmation whether or not these personal data exist and to know its content and origin, to verify its accuracy or request the integration or update, or correction. The user holds the right to make a demand for cancellation, an anonymous request for transformation or block of the data which have been processed in violation of the law, and to refuse in any case, for legitimate reasons, to grant permission for their processing.
Data portability: in the cases allowed by law, the user has the right to obtain the return of the data that he provided us, and if technically feasible, to obtain the transfer to a third party.
The requests, with attached scan/copy of the user’s ID for identification purposes, must be sent via email, to the email address privacy@rinaldi1957.it or via regular mail to Rinaldi 1957 S.p.a.- Viale Masini 34 - 40126 Bologna (Italia).
Considering the fact that automatic safeguards are not currently free of errors or malfunctions, the user is informed that this document may be subject to updates.
