The nose is lively with hints of caramelised fruit, hazelnuts, salted caramel and grapefruit zest. The palate is full-bodied and complex, dominated by woody, vanilla, fruity notes (red fruits), with a touch of ginger, sweet spices and aniseed. The finish is long. Vanilla and toasted wood persist, with a sweetness reminiscent of candy.
