Organoleptic profile/
Made from the original Montanaro recipe, which uses the addition of sweet & bitter orange instead of lemon or other botanicals traditionally used, to make it sweet and smooth in the mouth. You can perceive the balsamic notes of Aloe and Myrrh and the spicy notes of Licorice balancing with the herbaceous-bitter notes given by botanicals such as Rhubarb and Gentian, in combination with Absinthe; Yarrow Muscat to cleanse the mouth. The alcohol content is 16° and the sugar content 160 grams/lt which is the minimum to be regulated to enhance the possibility of blending without appearing too sweet. In addition to the classic White Spritz , it is ideal neat "on the rocks" as our grandparents drank it in the 1970s.
